Digital & Social Media:
Social media and email campaigns are essential for our conference event, allowing us to highlight our quintessentially Californian brand design featuring serene blues and greens. With strategic content, we engage our audience through live updates, interactive sessions, and exclusive insights, creating a calming atmosphere that encourages meaningful business exchanges and enriching learning experiences.

Event Design:
Creating an unforgettable experience for our conference at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina Hotel. We’ve drawn inspiration from the hotel’s architectural elegance and spatial layout to craft a quintessentially Californian ambiance, using calming blues and greens that harmonize with the coastal surroundings. My vision includes designing the main stage, structures, and custom elements, such as large sailboat sails, which seamlessly integrate into the venue. This approach allows attendees to navigate intuitively without the clutter of excessive signage, maintaining visual clarity and fostering an environment where meaningful business exchanges and enriching learning experiences can thrive.

Print:
Creating print materials is vital for a successful conference. We design vibrant flyers and informative trifolds to highlight event details, while the program provides easy navigation with agendas and speaker bios. Our polished sponsorship prospectus outlines benefits, and the preliminary program offers an early look at the schedule. All materials maintain consistent branding and high quality to elevate the conference experience.
